Am I Suitable?

Is CK right for me?

CK is intended for people over 45 who want to improve their near vision and reduce their dependence on reading glasses. CK is not intended for people with myopia (short-sightedness). All patients considering vision correction should undergo a complete examination prior to the procedure and with this procedure a thorough check for tolerance to ‘blended vision’.

You're likely to be a good candidate for CK if you:

  • Are over 45
  • Have had great vision throughout your life
  • Require reading glasses to compensate for fading near vision

Below is a guide to suitability for CK. This is not a definitive list as many contra indications depend upon the individual’s situation and other circumstances. Advance VisionCare can discuss your personal circumstances and expectations with our clinical team on 0800 652 4878
